Due to a 3 way tie in the final race of the year, a final race off is created to decide the season winner. On the way to the race Lightning is detoured in an out of the way town where he learns there is more to life than winning races.
Since the characters in the movie are cars and trucks, it was natural that toy cars and trucks of all the characters would soon follow. Now your children can reenact their favorite scenes and stage their own races in their toy room with their favorite Cars characters.
